⯌ Quirk: Fierce Wings
Hawks can manipulate each feather from his wings telepathically, as well as feel vibrations through them, and distinguish them to the point of being able to tell voices apart through his feathers. He can also manipulate how soft, hard or sharp his feathers are.
⯌ Bird Traits As a heteromorph, Hawks has several other traits common to raptors that accompany his wings that include beahviours and diet.
⯌ Superhuman Speed His biggest asset is his speed. Considered one of the fastest heroes on the planet, his speed exceeds 900 km/h, perhaps only outdone by All Might in his prime.

Hawks would be far more pleased if he was asked first - but he's been trained to ignore physical contact and people often grab his wings out of nowhere, so likely any character to try will be free and clear, he'll just smile, but hate it inside.

He's never properly romanced someone, that hasn't been a part of his life. It might be a little awkward if one got a real reaction out of him.

You might be sorry you did, he's fast, mostly too fast to see. He'd rather not though.
